Fit in February

The first month of 2016 is over, can you believe it?! I for one am shocked by how fast it has gone, and feel as though so much was planned to start the year off with a bang, smashing my resolutions out right from the beginning, but so far that hasn’t really happened.

But life happens, emotions get in the way, and our fears of failure and change put us off committing fully to taking positive actions to improving our lives. So to give everyone a helping hand, I have decided to launch ‘Fit for February’ whereby each week you will receive three different challenges to get you feeling happier and healthier in body and mind.

This is a challenge for everyone  (including myself!) as it is important for us all to take a better approach to three key areas in our lives; exercise, nutrition and mindset.


The videos will go live on YouTube every Sunday so you have chance to plan them in for the week ahead. The other two challenges will be sent to you if you sign up for my newsletter that will include so much more tips and support to achieve your goals.

I believe everyone should be entitled to getting help when they need it, and though so much is readily available, it can be all too confusing as to what to do for the best. So why not take this second chance at kick starting  your resolutions, or even keeping that motivation to change your life alive!

With my easy to follow challenges you will be able to incorporate all of the tasks involved with guidance and support all the way from myself. It is a wonderful way to ease yourself into a new way of living for your health and happiness.

Every week I will be giving posting my own reflections of the four week challenges on here, so you can see how it is helping me to make a difference.
