“Do you wanna build a snowman?”
Or in this case, “Do you wanna build some snowballs?” – if so then you are in right place to make yourself a delicious winter wonderland snack! Since we are not going to be expecting any snow this Christmas (as per usual in Britain!) let’s build some edible snowballs the comfort of our own home. Like my previous bliss ball recipe, this one is super simple and requires a handful of ingredients.
These Christmas Snowballs are my favourite little energy ball because they have a smooth creamy texture all the while providing you with a succulent sweetness (Nigella eat your heart out with that description!). Make these for a family get together, a Christmas party or even just a wild Friday night in.
Makes 12 snowballs
- 80g cashew butter
- 80g cashews
- 30g coconut flour
- 10g agave
- 60ml almond milk
- First, blend the cashews in a food processor to reduce them to a fine powder.
- Next, add in all the remaining ingredients and blend again until a smooth dough texture.
- Now take ping pong sized chunks of the mixture, rolling them into shape.
- To decorate sprinkle on extra coconut flour or desiccated coconut with some sweetener.
